INTRODUCTION

This manual provides instructions for remote programming control and monitoring for
Asterion DC power Supplies. For easy navigation to the applicable instructions, this
manual separates RS232, USB, IEEE 488.2 GPIB and Ethernet setup instructions.
The instructions then converge where they are common to all three interface options.
See Section 1.2, Section 1.3, Section 1.4 and Section 1.5 for orientation. The Asterion
DC power supply series provides default interface of RS232, USB and Ethernet. IEEE
488.2 GPIB is an optional interface. Use this programming manual in conjunction with
your Asterion DC power supply operational manual.
