Programmable fault:
MOT PHASE LOSS
Cause
Braking resistor temperature
has exceeded fault limit defined
by parameter
48.06 BR TEMP
FAULTLIM.
Difference between output
phase U2 and W2 current
measurement gain is too great.
Incorrect input power and motor
cable connection (ie, input
power cable is connected to
46.08
drive motor connection).
Intermediate circuit DC voltage
is oscillating due to missing
input power line phase or blown
46.06
fuse.
Motor circuit fault due to
missing motor connection (all
three phases are not
46.04
connected).
What to do
Stop drive. Let resistor cool down.
Check resistor overload protection function
settings, parameters 48.01...48.05.
Check fault limit setting, parameter 48.06.
Check that braking cycle meets allowed
limits.
Contact your local ABB representative.
Check input power connections. This fault
can be disabled after the drive has been
commissioned until the input power cable or
motor cable are disconnected again.
Check input power line fuses.
Check for input power supply imbalance.
Connect motor cable.
