Clarification
When <service> value is 2, the SMS is sent on GPRS network if already attached. Otherwise it is sent
on circuit switched network. If an error occurs on the GPRS network, no further attempt is made.
The <service> parameter is not stored in non-volatile memory and <service>=1 will be used every
time the module reboots.
