*PSSEAV Service Availability

Description
Set mode
Get current mode
Get supported modes
Description
Set command enables/disables the presentation of notification result code from ME to TE. When
<mode>=1, *PSREADY result code is sent to TE when <service> is available.
Read command is used to get current mode and to check which service are already available
(*PSREADY is returned only for available services).
