Clarification
The behaviour of the command complies to the recommendation description only with DTR pulses
(pulse means DTR signal stays in the off state less than two seconds).

issues an OK result code; the call remains connected.
Upon an on-to-off transition of circuit 108/2, the DCE instructs the underlying DCE to
perform an orderly cleardown of the call
