AL-DMT profile
The AL-DMT profile contains the following parameters and subprofiles, shown with
default values, for activating and setting up an AL-DMT line. These profile and
subprofile parameters are described in subsequent sections of this chapter.

Line-Config subprofile
The Line-Config subprofile parameters configure an ADSL-DMT line. The parameters
activate and set up the line and are shown with default values. The rate adaptive and
power parameters are described in succeeding sections.

Configuring the ADSL Line Interfaces
Setting
Name of the interface. The default value is the interface
address in shelf:slot:port format (1:1:1 through 1:1:36
on the Stinger MRT), but you can assign a text string of
up to 16 characters.
Specifies the physical address of the interface in the
Stinger unit.
Enable/disable the ADSL-DMT interface. An ADSL-DMT
line is disabled until you activate the line in the AL-DMT
profile.
