information management screen, and then the Operator information edit screen is displayed.

The operator name to be edited is displayed or input an operator name to be added. (Up to 16
alphanumeric characters)
The operator ID to be edited is displayed or input an operator name to be added. (Setting range: 1

The maximum number of registrations depends on the GOT model.

• GT23: 255
The operator security level to be edited is displayed or input an operator security level to be added.
(0 to 15)
Input a password. (Up to 16 alphanumeric characters)
Switches the setting of the item disabled and enabled.
When this item is selected, regardless of the number of setting days of the password expiration
date, the expiration date is unlimited.
Disables the operator account.
The disabled operator account is not usable for login.
When this item is cleared, the operator account is enabled.
Prompts a password change at the next login.
When the password is changed, this item is cleared.
When the password is not changed, the operator cannot log in.
Switches whether to use the external authentication ID.
The external authentication ID is displayed or input an external authentication ID.
