The robot cabling comprises the cabling between the robot and controller cabinet as well as
the externally visible cabling around motors 1 and 2.

The procedure below details how to inspect the robot cabling.

1.
DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and
pneumatic pressure supplies to the
robot!
2. Visually inspect:
the control cabling between the
robot and control cabinet
the cabling to motors 1 and 2.
Look for abrasions, cuts or crush
damages.
3. Replace the cabling if wear or damage is
detected.
