Hold the bottle to prevent it from coming off, then tap the bottle gently a few times.

Open the front door then switch on the main power switch.
The door must be open.

When you see the door open message on the screen, close the door.
2.
Wait about 40. sec. until the SC code appears on the screen, then turn off the
power switch.
3.
Repeat this procedure until the bottle becomes empty.
4.
After 10 attempts if the bottle is still not empty, do procedure 3 below.
Procedure 3
The developer has probably clogged inside the bottle, so you must remove the
developer bottle and the PCU. Do this procedure only after you have done Procedures
1 and 2 immediately above.
The initial process control self-check (process control after the prescribed idle
time and MUSIC) is disabled after SP3814 (Developer Fill) is executed and
will remain disabled until after SP3801 (TD Sensor Initialization) or SP3811
(Developer Setup) are executed.

Cover the toner bottle with a plastic bag, and seal the mouth of the bag
your hand.
2.
Remove the bottle

Remove the faceplate (
4.
Remove the PCU from the machine.
5.
Open the top of the development unit (
6.
Pour remaining developer from the bottle into the development unit.
