Description
Function enable.
When Enable = TRUE, perform the function.
When Enable = FALSE, do not perform the function.
If true, function performed.
Tip: When variable monitoring is on, the monitoring variable's value is
assigned to the block's output.
When variable monitoring is off, the output variable's value is assigned to
the block's output.
