BOOL Function enable.
When EN = TRUE, execute current computation.
When EN = FALSE, there is no computation.
LREAL Must be in set [-1.0 .. +1.0].
LREAL Arc-sine of the input value (in set [-PI/2 .. +PI/2]) =
0.0 for invalid input.
BOOL Enable out.
