ARL reads characters from the buffer (up to and including the termination
characters) and stores them in a string.

BOOL
If Rising Edge (IN turns from FALSE to TRUE), start the function block with the precondition that the
last operation has been completed.
ARDARL
Read characters from the buffer (maximum is 82).

Outputs of this instruction are updated asynchronously from the program scan. Output Q cannot be
used to re-trigger the instruction since IN is edge triggered.FALSE - The function block is not done.
TRUE - The function block is done.
ASCIILOCADDR
The string element where you want the characters stored.
UINT
The number of characters.
BOOL
FALSE - No error.
TRUE - An error is detected.
