Interrupt instructions

STIS starts a selectable timed (timer) user interrupt.

Function enable.

When Enable = TRUE, perform function.

When Enable = FALSE, do not perform function.

Use the STI defined words.

This is the amount of time (in ms) which must expire prior to executing the selectable

timed interrupt. A value of 0 disables the STIS function. A value between 1 and 65535

enables the STIS function.
