FLAPERON MIX

This is the mixing function from the flaps to the flaperons
and from the elevators and ailerons to the flaps. Mixing
amounts can be set for each Flight Mode and also indepen-
dently for the flaperons and elevators. Further, because the
setting value in the Flap Rate function will become the
reference in this mixing amount, it is recommended that you
Aileron→Flap Mixing
This is the mixing to the flaps following aileron operation.
When using Dual Flaps, this function makes rolling easier
by also using the flaps as ailerons. Further, when using
Single Flaps this will become the mixing from the ailerons to
the flap operation.
Flap→Flaperon and Elevator Mixing
For the mixing amount to the elevators and flaperons when
operating the Flap Lever, 0 (neutral) will be in the center,
and it will be possible to set mixing amounts both in the D

Setting Method
First, rotate the dial to highlight the mixing amount display
that you wish to set, then press the dial which will enclose
the amount by a border. By rotating the dial in this condition,
the setting amount will be adjusted. In addition, by pressing
the
key at this time the amount can be returned to 0%.
Pressing the dial once again will return to the Item Selection
condition.
Offset Setting (Moving of Mixing Reference Point)
In the situation where the Flap input has been set to the
lever in Device Select, it will be possible to set an optional
Flap Lever position as the mixing reference point. For
example, it will become possible to apply mixing from a
certain position that has been set as the reference.
Determine the offset amount taking the Flap Lever center
(neutral) as the reference. The confirmation of the offset
position should be carried out by moving the lever to
confirm the reference point where the upper and lower
values change over. Note that it will be possible to preset
the value to 0 using the
key.
Note also that the offset setting carried out in this function
will influence the reference point for switching between U
(Up) and D (Down) in the Flap Rate function.
carry out the Flap Rate setting before carrying out the
adjustment in this function.
In addition, by linking the previously set Elevator operation
amount to the Flap operation, it will be possible to compen-
sate for changes in pitch caused by the flap operation.
When you wish to reverse the mixing direction, increase the
mixing amount in the minus direction.
Further, by setting INCLUDE AILE TRIM to "ACT", the
Aileron Trim will also be applied to the flaps.

The variable amount will be in a range of 0±125% for the
elevators and 0±125% for the flaperons in both directions.
