As the inputting keys, this transmitter utilizes a dial in
addition to the normal button keys. During setting, almost all
of the operations can be carried out intuitively using this
dial.
The basic method of using the dial is by turning it to the left
and right, and pressing (clicking) it.
When inputting is effective, a clicking sound is generated to
confirm the input.
Although in some cases only the clicking sound will be
heard even though the displayed numerical value does not
change, this means that the changes in the setting value
are taking place internally in the part below the decimal
point which is not displayed.
In the case where the button keys at the left side of the
transmitter have triangular arrow marks shown alongside
them on the LCD display, the keys will operate according to
the button key names. When a key name (abbreviation) is
displayed on the LCD alongside a button key, the key will
have the operation indicated by this abbreviation. When
nothing is shown alongside the key on the LCD display, the
key will not operate.
In this manual, the key displays are as shown in the figures
at right.
Alarm and Error Displays
1 Battery Alarm and Display
When the battery voltage of the transmitter becomes less than
the setting (TX SETTINGS System Mode), "Low Batt" will
begin to flash on the display, and an alarm tone will sound.
If the battery alarm is confirmed while flying the aircraft, set
the aircraft down on the ground as quickly as possible. In
addition, to enable use of the transmitter for a longer period of
time, it is recommended that you operate it with the backlight
switched off.

In addition, if this key is pressed simultaneously
while inputting numerical values using the dial, the

and "RF-ON" has been selected, a message notifying the
