The ribbon lift bar, lift bracket, and ribbon guide are part of

the ribbon assembly. These parts can cause printhead drive

Remove the ribbon.

repeat the test at least 5 times (10 pages).
Was the printhead drive OK during the print test?
Turn off the printer.
