Pinpoint Tests
Test
1 Check the motor function:
Check that with the motorcycle stationary and the
ABS ACM modulator con nected, the motor does
not operate
2 Check the ABS motor circuit fuse front fuse box,
(fuse 2)
3 Check cable conti n uity: With I g n ition ' O N ', check Sa me as 'across
voltage between :
- ABS ECM con nector pin 8 and G round
4 Check cable for contin uity:
- ABS ECM con nector pin 25 and G round
5 Reconnect ABS ECM harness, clear fault code
and test ABS to verify fault cleared
