Test
1 Check cable and terminal integ rity:
- ABS ECM connector pin 1 6 and G round

Check the ABS warning light circuit fuse
(front fuse box, fuses 1 and 2):
3 Check cable for short to voltage: With
Ignition 'O FF', check voltage between
- ABS ECM con nector pin 1 6 and G round
4 Check cable for short to g round: With
ignition ' O N ', Check the ABS warning light
circuit voltage between :
- ABS ECM connector pin 21 a n d G round
5 Check cable for contin u ity:
connector pin 24 and G rou nd:
Turn Ignition 'ON'
6 Reconnect ABS ECM harness, clea r fa ult
code and test ABS to verify fa ult cleared

Locate and rectify wiri n g fault, proceed to test
