Select "Setting" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

To set the department management, select "On" using the cursor
keys and press [Enter].
The department management function is set.

Press <Reset> to return to the standby screen.
Press <Fax> to switch to the fax mode.
Enter the destination number and press <Start> to display the
department code entry screen.
Enter the department code using the numeric keys and press [Enter].
