Canceling printing

To cancel printing, first try to cancel the print job on Windows. If you fail, cancel
it on the machine.
To cancel printing on Windows

The following procedure takes Windows XP Professional as an example.
Some operations may differ depending on your Windows version.

To cancel from the machine


Click "Printers and Faxes" from the [Start] menu.
Double-click the icon for the active printer.
The print queue appears.
Right-click the document to cancel printing, and select "Cancel".
Press <Online> during printing.
The print cancel confirmation screen appears.
Press [Yes].
Printing from your PC stops.
