Zoom copy

• T he zoom copy consists of the method of automatically zooming in/out to
match the paper size (automatic magnification) and the method of zooming
in/out by setting the magnification (fixed magnification).
• T he fixed magnification setting methods are used to specify the preset
magnification or to freely set the magnification (zoom).

Zoom in/out by paper size (automatic magnification)

Automatically selects the magnification according to the specified paper size
and performs the zoom copy function.
When the document size cannot be automatically detected, the document
will be copied in even magnification (100%).

Load your document and press <Copy>.
Set the document type and contrast as necessary (page 2-10).
Press [Paper].
Select the paper to copy on using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Press [Zoom].
Select "Auto" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

When paper is set to "Auto", the 1st cassette is automatically selected if
you select "Auto" in the zoom option.
Set the magnification at 1% increments and perform the zoom copy
