Individual settings

• "On" is selected in the default setting.
• E ven if you set the individual setting to "On", faxes will not be forwarded

Time

Specify the time to forward faxes. If no time is entered, faxes are always
forwarded.

• E nter using the numeric keys, one-touch keys, speed dials, group
numbers, or address book.
• M ultiple destinations can be entered. (Max. 201: 200 destinations for
speed dials, 1 destination by specifying with the numeric keys)
• P ress [], [DialOpt.] to enter each dialing symbol (page 3-15).
• To check or delete the entered forwarding number, refer to page 4-47.
until you set the overall fax forwarding to "On".
Select "Individual" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].
To forward faxes with this forwarding condition, select "On" and
press [Enter].
