Canceling/Checking Fax

To cancel the fax transmission or check the reserved communication, press <Job
Confirm./Fax Cancel>.
NOTE
You can also press <Job Confirm./Fax Cancel> to display or print the communication
results of the latest 100 communication jobs (page 3-44).

Canceling/Checking fax

NOTE
When there is a document currently being transmitted or reserved communication,
the <Job Confirm/Fax Cancel> light illuminates.
The operation depends on whether there is a document currently being transmitted
or not.

When there is no document currently being transmitted


Press <Job Confirm./Fax Cancel>.
When there is a document currently being transmitted, proceed to step 5.
Select "Delayed Commands" and press [Enter].

• T he communication reserved documents will be displayed in the
order of the scheduled transmission time. To change the screen, press
the cursor keys.
• T he group transmission is displayed as "G", and the broadcast
transmission as "Bcast.".
