Dial Prefix

You can add the number or dialing symbol registered in the dialing symbol
(/N) to the top of a destination number and dial it. For details about the dialing
symbols, refer to "Dialing Symbols" (page 3-15).

Registering prefix numbers

Set the number to register in [Prefix] (Dialing symbol:/N).

Press <Menu>, <5>, <1>, <4>, <1>, [Enter].

Enter the number to register as a prefix using the numeric keys and
press [Enter].
If you enter the incorrect number, press [Clear] and delete it.
NOTE
• "0000" is registered at the time of shipment.
• Y ou can also enter the pause (/P) symbol. Press [] to switch the touch panel key.
• U p to 40 digits can be entered. The tone or pause is counted as 2 digits.
• T he number registered in the prefix symbols (/N) is displayed when you enter the
destination number using the numeric keys.
