Deleting an F-code box

Press <Menu>, <5>, <0>, <7>, [Enter].

Select "Delete" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Select an F-code box you want to delete using the cursor keys and
press [Enter].

If the I.D. code is registered, enter the I.D. code (4 digits) using the
numeric keys and press [Enter].
If the I.D. code is not registered, proceed to step 5.

To delete, press [Yes].
F-code boxes in which any documents are stored cannot be deleted.
To cancel the deletion, press [No].

To continue to delete other F-code boxes, repeat from step 3.
Press <Reset> to return to the standby screen.
