Voice Guidance

Voice guidance uses "audio messages" to explain functions or the operation
methods.

The <Voice Guidance> blinks when the voice guidance is available or the voice

guidance is given. When you press <Voice Guidance> while it is blinking, the

guidance, it is canceled.
NOTE
If you press <Voice Guidance> when it is OFF, a voice guidance example is displayed.

Operation guidance

This explains functions, the registration/setting method and paper jam
clearing method.
NOTE
Voice guidance is given only for a part of functions and a paper jam.
Error reset guidance

When there is a problem with the machine, like a paper jam, the voice
guidance is given.
Notification guidance

The machine status, for example, "Copy Ready" when you load a document,
is given by voice.
NOTE
The "Error reset guidance" and "Notification guidance" automatically start depending
on the machine status regardless of the <Voice Guidance> status.
