Fax Forward
Documents (faxes) received within a preset time can be forwarded to a specified
destination. This is useful, for example, when you want to check faxes received
in the office on holidays, at home. Up to 10 forwarding conditions can be entered.
Office
• Y ou cannot forward faxes when the reception mode is set to "Tel Mode". Use a
reception mode other than "Tel Mode" (page 1-38).
• Y ou can protect the registration or deletion of the fax forward (page 6-21).
Registering forwarding conditions
Enter the forwarding conditions as follows:
• Individual settings
S et to "On" to enable fax forwarding for each individual forwarding destination. When the
overall fax forwarding setting is set to ON, forwarding starts at the specified time.
• Time
F orwarding starts at the specified time. If a specific time is not registered, forwarding starts
regardless of the time.
• Auto print
S et the auto print to "On" to print received documents simultaneously at the forwarder and
the forwarding destinations.

Select "Enter/Edit" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Select the "Not registered" number using the cursor keys and press
[Enter].
To change forwarding conditions already entered, press the number you
want to change, and press [Enter].
