Job Complete Volume
You can adjust the job complete beep volume.
Complete Beep
You can set the beep upon completion of the copy,
fax, scanner operation including PC printing.
Paper Jam Alarm
You can set the alarm to sound when a paper
jam occurs.
OP. Guidance Mode
You can set the operation guidance mode.
OP. Guidance Volume
You can set the operation guidance volume.
Error Guidance Volume
You can set the error reset guidance volume. If you
set it to OFF, error reset guidance is not given.
Notification Volume
You can set the notification guidance volume.
If you set it to OFF, notification guidance is
not given.
Low Power Mode
You can set the time to go into low power mode.
Sleep Mode
You can set the sleep mode. If you set it to
OFF, the machine will not go into sleep mode.

Energy Save Period
You can set the time period to go into or come
out of the energy save mode.

The auto print journal is not automatically printed.

When the total of the latest transmissions and receptions

The auto print journal is automatically printed as the
journal daily report at a specified time every day.
7151 Protect Passcode
You can register a protect passcode to use the
security or protection functions.
7153 Protect Function
If you set this to "Prohibit", you always need to
enter the protect passcode when you operate
the fax function, system settings, or list
printing.
Copy Mode
If you set this to "Prohibit", you can prohibit
copying.
Fax Mode
If you set this to "Prohibit", you can prohibit
transmitting faxes.
Scan Mode
If you set this to "Prohibit", you can prohibit
the scanner functions.
List Mode
If you set this to "Prohibit", you can prohibit
the list printing.
