Countermeasure
Printing the command list was instructed when no
document is reserved for communication.
No polling document is stored, or no document is stored
in an F-code box.
• Check the F-code reception information.
• A memory period may be over, and a document may
be deleted.
• Print out the F-code document list and check if the
document is stored.
The reserved number with an instruction of printing
the reserved document includes no document.
(Reservation for polling, real time transmission etc.)
Security reception documents are printed while there
is no received document. In this case, the security
reception settings will be canceled.
The protect passcode needs to be set. Enter the protect
passcode and operate.
You tried to print the journal report when there is no
communication result.
Nothing has been entered in the specified number or
function.
You tried to directly enter more than one destination
using the numeric keys for the fax forwarding. You can
enter only one destination using the numeric keys.
A paper jam occurs inside the machine. Open a cover or
cassette shown on the screen, and remove the jammed
paper.
When the paper selection is set to auto, no paper in the
suitable size for a document was not found.
Press <Start> to copy on the most suitable paper
among all cassettes in the specified magnification.
Press <Stop> to cancel copying.
