Check item
Check if an appropriate
document is used.
Check if the document guide is
aligned properly.
Check if a piece of paper is not
left in the ADF.
Check if the document feeder
roller is clean.
Check if you do not turn off the
power and leave the machine
for a long time, or turn off the
machine everyday.
Check if you are not pressing
only one side of the cover.

Check if the destination
number is correct.
Check if an error message is
not displayed.
Check if an external dialing
number is included.
Check if there is nothing wrong
with the other machine.
Check if the documents are
loaded with the top edges
aligned.
Check if the loaded documents
do not include pages smaller

mm).

Open the ADF cover and
document tray, and check.
Clean the document feeder

The batteries that hold
registered contents may have
died. Please contact your
authorized Muratec dealer.
Press both sides of the cover to
close it.

dial, make sure the number is
entered correctly by printing
out the list.

number is included when you
call from the extension to
