Managing Communications
The following functions are used to manage communication:
Journal Report
• Y ou can print the communication status for 100 communications including the
latest transmission and reception.
T his machine memorizes the communication management records of 100
communications including the latest transmission and reception, and
automatically erases the older records than those sequentially.
Fax transmission report
Print the transmission records of the last 100 communications.
Fax reception report
Print the reception records of the last 100 communications.
I n case of the auto print set, when the total of the latest transmissions and
receptions reaches 100 communications, both the fax transmission and
reception reports are printed automatically.
Journal daily report
• S elect this report if you always want to print the status of the latest
communications individually. When the communication status is printed
using the daily journal report, it will not be described on the journal daily
report printed again.
• T he journal daily report can be autmatically printed at a specified time (page
3-39).
Transmission confirmation report
• Y ou can print and confirm the communication results including the number of
communications pages or the communication mode per transmission.
• Y ou can also print the transmission confirmation report per transmission. You
can switch whether or not to print this report per communication as well (page
3-42).
Communication history display
• Y ou can check the communication history for the last 100 communications on
the screen. You can also print the communication result per communication
(page 3-44).
Command List
• Y ou can print the command list (page 3-45).
Printing command documents
• Y ou can print the documents in memory, such as for the delayed transmissions.
