Select the communication document you want to delete using the
cursor keys and press [Delete].

Press [Yes]. The selected communication document is deleted.
Press [No] to return to the screen of step 3. The document currently
being transmitted is displayed as "Comm.".

I f you delete a communication document for "Broadcast transmission"
or "Group transmission", all broadcast destinations will be deleted.
The destinations for broadcast transmission while communicating
can also be deleted individually (page 3-23).
I f the selected document is canceled while being transmitted, the
transmission will be canceled.
Press <Reset> to return to the standby screen.
