Using the address book

You can search for the fax number from the destination name entered in the speed
dials and transmit.
Address book screen

Destination names are displayed in the order of alphabet characters,
symbols.

To search for the destination using the cursor keys


Press <Fax> to switch to the fax mode.

Press the lower cursor key.

Search for the destination using the cursor keys.

Press [Select] to select the destination.
Press [Clear] to cancel the selection.

Press [Close].

You can select multiple destinations. The selected destination is
displayed with a check mark.
In the manual transmission (page 3-10), you can select only one
destination. [Select] changes to [Enter]. When you press [Enter], the
destination number is immediately dialed.
