Loading Paper
Precautions when loading paper
Be careful not to get your hands cut by the edge of paper.
• When paper is curled, flatten it out before loading.
• Load paper so that it does not go higher than the paper upper limit
(mark ) or exceed the specified number of sheets.
I f you load paper higher than the paper upper limit (mark ), it may cause a
paper jam.
• Align the paper guide securely against the edge of loaded paper.
If the paper guide isn't fitted to the paper size, a paper jam may occur.
• If paper remains in the paper cassette when you wish to load new
paper, take it out and combine it with the new paper. Tap the paper
well and load it with the edges aligned.
