Group transmission

When you often transmit to the same multiple destinations, you can specify
them in one operation by registering them as a group.
NOTE
• T o use this function, you need to register a group number when entering the speed
dials (page 8-3).
• You can register a name for each group (page 8-13).

Enter 00 for the group number to specify all groups (01 to 32).

• To cancel the operation, press <Reset>.
• To stop scanning, press <Stop>.
• T o cancel the fax transmission, press <Job Confirm./Fax Cancel>. (For details, refer
to page 3-21)

Load your document and press <Fax>.
For details on how to load documents, refer to "Loading Documents"
(page 1-59).
Set the resolution and contrast as necessary.
For the setting procedure, refer to "Setting the resolution/contrast" (page
3-13).
Press <Menu>.
Select "Group" and press [Enter].

Enter the 2 digits of the target group number (00 to 32) using the
numeric keys, and press [Enter].
Clear Cancel Enter
Press <Start>.
