Use the sntp authentication-key command in Global Configuration mode to define an
authentication key for Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP). To remove the authentication
key for SNTP , use the no form of this command.
Syntax
sntp authentication-key
no sntp authentication-key
key-number — number (Range: 1–4294967295)

value — value (Range: 1-8 characters)

Default value
No authentication is defined.
