A and D are in a call, the call is active;
B and D are in a call, the call is placed on hold;
C and D are in a call, the call is placed on hold;
callid_A: 32775
callid_B: 32776

It means A and B join together and then disconnect with D. But the
call between C and D is still in a hold state.
