One LED on each power supply faceplate indicated the status of the power supply. In
addition, a power supply failure triggers the red alarm LED on the craft interface.

No power applied to power supply.

initial power on.

and is receiving bias power from a powered on
power supply.
Input voltage is invalid.
Power supply has failed.
Power supply is installed correctly and is
functioning normally.
