FUEL SYSTEM
REMOVAL
Remove the air cleaner housing (page 7-12).
Disconnect the IACV 4P (Black) connector [1].
Remove the following:
– Two screws [2]
– Setting plate [3]
– IACV [4]
– O-ring [5]
INSTALLATION
Replace the O-ring [1] with a new one (do not apply oil).
Turn the slide valve [2] clockwise until it is seated lightly
and install the IACV [3] by aligning the long slot with the
pin on the throttle body.
Install the setting plate [1] by aligning the cutout with the
lug of the IACV body.
Install and tighten the screws to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 2.1 N·m (0.2 kgf·m, 1.5 lbf·ft)
Connect the IACV 4P (Black) connector [2].
Install the air cleaner housing (page 7-12).
