xx.x=Value from 0 to 22 dB, in 0.1 dB steps.
NOTES:
1) Valid in DVB-S2 Mode only.
2) Returns 99.9 if demod is unlocked.
3) For values greater than 22.0 dB, the reply will be ESN=+022
EXAMPLE: <0001/ESN=?{CR}
>0000/ESN=12.3{CR}{LF} (Es/No reports as 12.3 dB)

9=Power supply fault, +18.0V Framer Card
