Sets or returns the user-defined Circuit ID string, which is a fixed length of 24
characters. Valid characters include: Space ( ) * + – , . / 0 9 and A thru Z
NOTE: Trailing spaces are removed upon entry.
COMMAND EXAMPLE: <0001/CID=ComtechCDM-710L{CR}

Retrieves previously stored configuration from the specified location in the
form x where:
x=0 to 9
EXAMPLE: <0001/CLD=4{CR} (retrieves configuration from location 4)
