or symbol rate, the modulator will not accept the change unless it is within
range, and it will turn off the Tx Carrier. If the modem does not accept the new
rate, change the Modulator Code Rate or Mode. There is some round off in the
data rate ranges in the last digit. Table 7-1 is for the standard FECFrame. Table
7-2 is for the short frame.
The tables are based on a 188 byte frame format. When a 204 byte format is
selected the data rate increases by 204/188.
