NOTES:
1) Valid in DVB-S or DVB-DSNG modes only.
2) Returns 99.9 if demod is unlocked.
3) For values greater than 16.0 dB, the response is EBN=+016
EXAMPLE: <0001/EBN?{CR}
>0001/EBN=12.3{CR}{LF} (returns Eb/No of 12.3 dB)
