Priority System=(From highest to lowest priority) TMM>TMD>TCR>TSR. Any change to a higher priority parameter
can override any of the parameters of lower priority.

types, and symbol rates for each mode.

0=QPSK
1=8PSK
2=16QAM
3=16APSK
4=32APSK
