Sets or returns the Rx Alpha Rolloff in the form x where:
0=20%
1=25%
2=35%
COMMAND EXAMPLE: <0001/RAR=0{CR} (sets Rx Alpha Rolloff to 20%)

Sets or returns the Rx Buffer Size, in milliseconds, in the form sxx.x where:
s=1 (Interface Slot 1 only)
xx.x=Rx Buffer Size for HSSI value from 5.0 to 32.0 ms, in 0.1 ms steps
NOTE: Valid for Slot 1 CDI=-60 HSSI operation only. Not valid for Slot 1 CDI-40
ASI operation, or Slot 2 CDI-70 GBEI operation.
COMMAND EXAMPLE: <0001/RBS=130.0{CR} (sets 30.0 ms on Intfc #1)

Sets or returns CDI-60 HSSI Rx Clock Source (for data rate accuracy) in the
form sx, where:
s=1 (Interface Slot 1 only)
x=Rx Clock Source where 0=Rx Satellite, 1=Tx-Terrestrial, 2=External
Reference Clock, 3=Internal
NOTE: Not valid for Slot 1 CDI-40 ASI or Slot 2 CDI=70 GBEI operation.
COMMAND EXAMPLE: <0001/RCK=11{CR} (sets Tx-Terrestrial)
