For the DHCP Serve, the DHCP user quota restricts the maximum
number of DHCP users on the interface, and controls the number
of IP addresses indirectly.
For the DHCP relay, as the DHCP relay protocol does not support
the processing of DHCP user quota, which is invalid. However,
when the IP address of the DHCP relay is bound to the ARP, the
quota is valid after some processing.
This example describes how to set the user quota on the fei_2/1
interface to 50.
ZXR10(config)#interface fei_1/1
ZXR10(config-if)#ip dhcp user quota 50
show ip dhcp configure

kick-off ip dhcp server user

Use this command to make the on-line users off-line from the
server according to designated attribute(interface/MAC address/IP
address/ vlan ID/ invlan_ID/exvlan_ID).
