The maximum users that DHCP Server veneer supports is 2048.
Only when DHCP is in disable state, the configuration and deletion
operation that DHCP Server supports can be executed.
This example shows how to set the DHCP Server maximum users
to 5120.
ZXR10(config)#ip dhcp server max-user 5120
show ip dhcp configure

ip dhcp snooping binding

Use this command to manually add a user bound entry to the DHCP
SNOOPING binding database. Delete a user bound entry from the
DHCP SNOOPING binding database with the no command.

It is only applied to switch. Router series does not support this
command.
Suppose the MAC address of the user is 0010.0000.0002; the user
is located in vlan10 on the interface fei_1/1; the bound IP address
is 3.1.1.1; the timeout is 400 seconds. Manually add the user
bound entry to the DHCP SNOOPING binding database.
