ip dhcp policy

Use this command to enter policy configuration mode from global
configuration mode. Delete the configuration with the no com-
mand.
Global configuration
ip dhcp policy <policy_name><priority>
no ip dhcp policy <policy_name><priority>

It is the required configuration of DHCP function and it can be
used to configure different priorities for the policies with the same
name.
Users can control and configure the access policy of DHCP users
with DHCP policy. This improves the access control and service
expansibility.
DHCP policy is related to interfaces. If multiple policies that are
related different interfaces are created in the same DHCP policy,
and the DHCP policy is bound to different interfaces, the address
assignments may fail.
This example shows how to enter the configuration mode of the
policy named policy1 with priority 2.
ZXR10(config)#ip dhcp policy policy1 2
ZXR10(config-dhcp-policy)#
show ip dhcp policy

ip dhcp policy

Use this command to bind a policy to an interface. Delete the
configuration with no command.
Interface configuration
ip dhcp policy <policy_name>
no ip dhcp policy
<policy_name>
The platform version 4.8.02 and upgrade versions support this
command. It is the required configuration of DHCP function. Bind
the dhcp policy to layer-3 interface in order to control the access
users.
The DHCP pool in the DHCP policy that is bound to an interface
should be the valid configuration of the interface. If wrongly bind
Policy name, with 1~16 characters.
