show vrrp

vrrp preempt

Use this command to configure whether the virtual device can pre-
empt in standby status. Set to no preemption with the no com-
mand.
Interface configuration
vrrp <group> preempt [delay <seconds>]
no vrrp <group> preempt
<group>
delay <seconds>
Preemption is allowed.
If no preemption is allowed, no switchover will take place when
the priority in the received packet is lower.
This example describes how to configure the preemption delay as
500 seconds.
ZXR10(config)#interface vlan 1
ZXR10(config-if)#vrrp 1 preempt delay 500
show vrrp

vrrp priority

Use this command to configure the VRRP priority. Restore the
default with the no command.
Interface configuration
vrrp <group> priority <priority>
no vrrp <group> priority
<group>
<priority>
The one with higher priority will be elected as the master.
This example describes how to configure the VRRP priority as 120.
ZXR10(config)#interface vlan 1
ZXR10(config-if)#vrrp 1 priority 120
Virtual router ID, 0 ~ 255
The delay for the VRRP router to declare itself
as the master in second, 0 ~ 3600, 0 by
default
Virtual router ID, 1 ~ 255
VRRP priority, 1 ~ 254, 100 by default. The
bigger the value, the higher the priority
