Use this command to configure sub option of DHCP OPT82 circuit-id
based on Layer 2 VLAN or physical interface. Use no command to
delete the configuration.
Physical interface configuration or Layer 2 VLAN configuration
ip dhcp snooping information circuit-id <circuit-id string>
no ip dhcp snooping information circuit-id
<circuit-id string>
Null, that is, the sub option of DHCP OPT82 circuit-id is not con-
figured.
It is only applied to switches.
This example shows how to configure sub options of DHCP snoop-
ing Option 82 circuit-id.
ZXR10(confi-vlan)#ip dhcp snooping information
circuit-id "zxr10:vlan100:gei_1/1"
show ip snooping information vlan
show ip dhcp snooping information interface
ip dhcp snooping information
format
Use this command to set the format of the 82 option inserted into
the forwarded DHCP packet: CHINA-TEL, DSL-FORUM and user
configuration. By default, the CHINA-TEL format is adopted. Re-
store default with the no command.
